Refund Policy

Returns request

We only accept return requests for products with obvious faulty, Please provide photographic evidence of the faulty product (emailed to within 72hrs of delivery). Photographic evidence will be required to meet refund or replacement eligibility. If 72hrs have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product, we’re not responsible for this.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior approval.

Your refund will not be approved if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Goshtoys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • For hygiene reasons.
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Goshtoys.

Note that we are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

Orders which are refused at delivery will be treated as delivered, and we are unable to offer a refund.

As a gesture of goodwill, you will be issued a 40% discount voucher for any future purchases, discounted products are calculated at the price before the discount.

Order Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment very soon after they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order within 24hrs that you have placed order, you will be charged USD 10 as a serveice fee.

If you cancel your order after it has been sent to the shipping department, we are unable to offer a refund.
